Photographs
2 recent colour Photographs - 35mm X 45mm with white background & matt finish, 80% face close up. (Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo).
Flight Tickets
Confirmed two-way flight tickets.
Hotel Reservation
Confirmed hotel reservation.
Application Form
Duly filled application form.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointment Confirmation with a VAC well before the travel date.
Bank Statement
6 Months Bank statement with sufficient balance and attested.
Cover Letter
Covering letter from applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to the Embassy address.
ITR statements
Personal ITR for last 3yrs or Form 16 along with PAN card copy.
Employer NOC (Leave Letter)
If the Applicant is employed, an original letter from the employer granting leave of absence stating the duration of employment, designation and salary; is required. The letter must provide the name, address, telephone number(s) and fax number(s) of the company. The letter must also be stamped with the official stamp of Company.
Payslips
If working, please provide the latest 3 months' Salary slips
